Add an axis. Create a series of rectangles, 10×20 units.
The first rectangle must be at 10 units from the axis if the
distance between two rectangle is 20.
Important : the distance between the first rectangle and
the axis must be the half of the distance between two following
rectangle.

Sweep the object : angle = 180 ; sections =
36

Copy the object, use the mirror function with
Y axis. Paste.

Pick an object. Translate it 30 units in X direction, from
the transformation requester.
You will get a double spiral.

If you want, you can translate the object by any multiple
of 30 units.
Join and merge the 2 objects.
You will get objects that are made from 1 or several spiral interlaced.

You can also use another angle for basis. Here is another
example done with 90° parts.
